Refund policy

At PawCherish, we prioritize the health, hygiene, and safety of all pets.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we maintain a strict policy:

All items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once shipped, except in cases of quality defects or incorrect items.

✅ Eligible for Return / Exchange

We only accept return or exchange requests if:

· The product is defective, damaged, or faulty upon arrival

· The wrong item was delivered

❌ Non-Returnable Situations

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

· Change of mind

· Incorrect size selection

· Pet preference or refusal to use the product

· Items that have been opened, used, or removed from original packaging

· Any request made after the allowed timeframe

Request Conditions

· Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery 

· Customers must provide:

o Order number

o Clear photo/video evidence of the issue

Resolution

Once approved, PawCherish will provide:

· A replacement of the same item, or

· Store credit (if replacement is unavailable)

PawCherish reserves the right to decline any request that does not meet the above criteria.
